Digitization Research Consortium – C3INCD coordinated by Centrul de Informare Tehnologică CIT-IRECSON, together with INOE 2000, INCD în Informatică și INCD pentru Microtehnologie, supports the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises by offering free professional training courses for their employees, in advanced technological fields, such as:

- Cloud Technologies
- Big Data
- Învățare Automată
- Inteligență Artificială
- Automatizarea Proceselor Robotice
- Blockchain
- Sisteme Cyber-Physical
- Additive Manufacturing
The courses are organized by the Romanian Digitalization Authority, within the PNRR/2022, Component 7 - Digital Transformation / Investment I19, and are aimed at employees of SMEs. Companies benefit from full funding for participants, through de minimis aid, with a maximum non-refundable value of 17,000 euros per company.
